Installation

Support hours from Prism Accounting Solutions are available in a variety of forms. We offer pre-paid blocks of support hours (at reduced rates), total support contracts, and pay-as-you-go hourly rates. Our rates are extremely competitive for our market area and are billed in minimums of 15 minute increments, unlike many of our competitors who charge a minimum of one hour for a simple phone support incident. The foundation of our business was built on providing reliable, fast and efficient responses to our clients needs.
